A special Thank You to Eddie for his knowledge, and willingness to replace the speed control for my A/C when I was struggling with it only working on high! Then I experienced the best part of what AUDIO EXPRESS OFFERS, Customer Service at its finest when I met Matthew who installed my new Navigation System! He went beyond the call of duty on getting me what I wanted, and not what I just needed! Very genuine, humble & professional! And, Michelle who offers her kindness and willingness to accommodate your wants & needs! A Beautiful Family owned business that makes you just want to come back!!! Don’t even bother searching around for anywhere else. You’re not going to find anyone better at what they do or more caring about how they do it. This is the type of family business that deserves all the recognition of a national brand! I came to audio express with some shotty work from another shop. I had 2 L7 kicker 12s and a 1200 kicker amp installed under my backseat of a 2018 duramax and they were barely even hitting compared to what I knew they should be. Michelle made me an appointment accommodating my schedule, I came into audio express and Eddie did a full inspection, walked me through exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. And answered all of my questions along the way. (And I tend to ask a lot of questions sometimes). They installed the amp right behind the box for easy access and the bass knob right on the side of the counsel like I asked. When they were done, my truck was slumping harder than I even expected. Thank you to the Audio Express family for helping me purchase and install my new Sony touchscreen head unit! They are amazing and very professional. Helped me setup my CarPlay after the install and were very friendly and personable. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks again! 👍

I had my truck stereo system installed here and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me before and after the install. The sound quality is amazing—clean, powerful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out. They treated my truck with care and made sure everything was done right. If you’re looking for a place that does high-quality audio work and stands behind their work, I highly recommend them. I will definitely be coming back for future upgrades.

NEW UPDATED REVIEW EXPERIENCE!! 6/5/2026 Well I had to place a new review of my experience with a great company called Audio Express! I had planned for about 4 months to purchase my wife a new Stereo system with a backup camera for my wife's Birthday and our 25th Anniversary! SO I came here and received nothing but absolute fantastic customer service and communication! They also installed a new dash cam as well which we had them hard wire it into the cars electrical system so it can always be recording! The installation was absolutely clean and done professionally! I appreciate Michelle, her son Matt and Eddie the owner for a great experience and superb professionalism! My wife LOVES her new setup! Thanks Guys! Highly recommend this shop!
